Sa trecem la treaba!Avem nevoie de:</p>

 &#8211; sare, piper<br />
 &#8211; cimbru</p>
<p>Se spala spanacul.Se pun intr-o oala 2 l de apa si se lasa pana fierbe.Se ia de pe foc si se adauga spanacul,lasandu-se cateva minute pana sunt moi si coditele.Se toaca spanacul in robot, se adauga smantana,lapte,sare,piper,cimbru si se pune in tava unsa cu margarina sau pe hartie de copt.Se rade cascaval deasupra si se da la cuptor.Se lasa 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Este o delicatesa!Pofta buna!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Imi place tare mult sa prepar eu painea acasa.Am testat o reteta si imi place tare mult,este gustoasa.Iata cum &#8217;suna&#8217; reteta:</p>
<p>1 plic drojdie<br />
2 linguri zahar<br />

½ pahar ulei<br />
500 g faina dar este posbil sa fie nevoie de un pic mai multa(pana nu se mai lipeste de mana)<br />
Se amesteca zaharul cu drojdia cu apa calduta si cu faina pana se formeaza o maia.Se lasa la crescut 10 minute.Apoi se adauga ouale,uleiul si faina.Faina se poate pune pe 500g pana se dezlipeste aluatul de pe vas.<br />
Se framanta 7-8 min apoi se lasa sa creaca o ora.Se aseaza in forma de copt,se unge cu ou si mac si se mai lasa o ora la crescut.Apoi se da la cuptor pentru 40 de min.</p>
<p>Imi este dor de iarna si de mirosul de paine calda de la bunici!</p>

 &#8211; 1/2 pahar de lapte
 &#8211; sare,1/2 lingurita de zahar

<p>Pentru umplutura:<br />
 &#8211; masline negre<br />
 &#8211; ciuperci din conserva<br />
 &#8211; boabe de porum congelate<br />
 &#8211; sunculita sau salam sau bacon sau altceva ce preferati pentru pizza<br />
 &#8211; cascaval sau mozzarela<br />
 &#8211; 1 ou<br />
 &#8211; rosii sau ketchup<br />
 &#8211; sare,piper,tabasco,busuioc,oregano</p>
<p>Se amesteca toate ingredientele pentru blat si se lasa sa creasca doar 10 minute dupa care dati aluatul la frigider alte 15 minute.<br />
Dupa aceea se intinde blatul,se aseaza in tava si se pun ingredientele.<br />
Se da la cuptor potrivit,timp de 20 de minute.Se scoate si se toarna deasupra un ou amestecat cu suc de rosii si se mai lasa 10-15 minute la cuptor!</p>

<p>Este cu adevarat un talent iar imaginatia joaca cel mai important rol.<br />
Ideile nu imi apartin dar sunt de demne de retinut si de realizat.</p>
<p>Acum 2 zile am m-am gandit sa fac pentru prima data un aperitiv foarte usor dar gustos si la care te poti juca cu aromele.</p>
<p>Astfel am pornit de la o reteta care suna asa &#8216;<a href="http://www.reteteculinare.ro/forum/viewtopic.php?t=689&#038;name=rulada_aperitiv_cu_cabanos" target="new">Rulada aperitiv cu cabanos</a>&#8216; dar am ajuns la ceva oarecum asemanator. </p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>pentru blat:<br />
-5oua<br />
-50 g cascaval ras<br />
-sare,piper</p>
<p>pentru umplutura:<br />
-200 g branza(telemea de vaca am folosit eu)<br />
-3 linguri branza Philadelphia<br />
-un carnat afumat(aici incepe joaca;se poate inlocui cu sunca presata,cemwusti,carne de pui fiarta,etc.)<br />
-marar tocat<br />
-1 lingurita margarina</p>
<p><em>Preparare blat</em><br />
Se bat albusurile spuma(adaugati un praf de sare) apoi se adauga galbenusurile frecate cu sare si piper si cascavalul ras.<br />
Se ia o tava si se aseaza o hartie de copt si se toarna compozitia.Se da la cuptor pentru 10-15 minute(pana capata o culoare aurie).Cand blatul este copt se scoate pe un prosop de bucatarie umed si se ruleaza cu partea de jos in sus. Se lasa la racit.</p>
<p><em>Umplutura</em><br />
Toate ingredientele le-am bagat in robot si am facut o pasta pe care am intins-o dupa ce blatul s-a racit.Am rulat-o la loc(fara prospop:)) si am infasurat-o strans in folie de plastic.</p>
<p>Se lasa la frigider apoi se taie feliute si se serveste ca aperitiv.</p>
